Mario J. A. Oyarzábal
Mario Oyarzábal is Adjunct Professor of International Law at the National University of La Plata Law School and a career diplomat from Argentina. He received his JD from the same University, and his LLM from Harvard Law School.
Professor Oyarzábal specializes in Conflict of Laws, in Nationality Law, and in Diplomatic and Consular Law. He has conducted research and lectured extensively on International Law issues in Argentina and abroad. His writings have been published in and/or translated into Spanish, English, Portuguese, Italian, German and French.
Among his diplomatic assignments, Doctor Oyarzábal served as Deputy Consul of Argentina in New York, and is currently a Counselor at the International Law Department of the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Buenos Aires.
